Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
Use and Conduct
If you wish to use any part or service made available through the Software, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to the terms of use including, without limitation, your personal information such as first name, last name, date of birth etc. This information is necessary to create your account in the application. Castre does not allow any user of our service for nefarious purposes of nefarious activities of any kind.
Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis. Subscriptions are managed by the content creators. Castre does not have any control over the contents and pricing of the contents produced by the content creators. Any dispute relating to subscriptions should be discussed by the content creator.
Content
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for any content you post in our website. Content creators are exclusively responsible their contents. Our Service does not tolerate nude, pornography and explicit sexual material. Violators will be ban from using our service.
Content Uploading
If you have created an account in Castre, you may be able to upload video, do live broadcasting, create subscription plans for your viewers and make money for your content through views and subscriptions.
Permissions and Restrictions
You may use any of our available services if you are in compliance with the terms and policies of Castre. The following restrictions apply to anyone who uses our services:
1. Circumvent, engages in fraudulent activities such as security-related activities that will compromise the integrity of our services
2. access the Service using any automated means (such as hacking, robots, botnets or scrapers) without an explicit written permission from Castre.
3. Collect any information that may compromise the identity, and privacy of another user.
4. Using bots to gain undue advantage such as increasing views, likes etc.
5. Castre strictly prohibit the use of copyright materials without a written permission of the copyright owners. Violators of this term of use will be ban from Castre platform.

Castre has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that My Castre shall not be responsible or liable, directly, or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is necessary, we will try to provide at least 45 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
